LPC, LRC, CCM, CRC, has a BNS degree in psychology, 15 hours post graduate work, has attended mediation training at Loyola Law School and maintains a minimum of 25 hours of annual continuing education, covering a variety of specialty areas.

For the past 20 years, Louise has provided consulting services to insured and risk managers in 27 different states. As such, she has developed a network of contacts in major metropolitan cities throughout the United Stated. As an owner of multiple investment properties, she is sensitive to the need to control costs and reduce incidence of vandalism. Her special skills include but are not limited to: trouble shooting and general problem solving skills; coordinate all phases in the design/build process of residential renovations or modifications;knowledge of and ability to negotiate contracts; new program development; preparation of speeches and public speaking, teaching.
